Tapenade
Ingredients
- 2-4 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives (Pitted)
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- 1/2 Tbls lemon zest
- ½ Tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put the olives, oregano, lemon zest, salt and pepper in a food processor
- With the processor running add the oil through the feed tube until it is a coarse paste.
- Serve chilled with Lite And Easy Croutons
