Salad Verde with a Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  2. 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  3. 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  4. 1 Tablespoon Honey (to taste)
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste
  6. Assorted Green Lettuces

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, lemon juice, zest, honey, salt and pepper in a jar
  2. Shake until well blended
  3. Taste and adjust if required
  4. Pour over lettuces when ready to serve
  5. Toss salad well
