Guacamole

Ingredients

  1. 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  2. 1 lime, juiced
  3. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  6. 1/2 medium onion, diced
  7. 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  8. 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the avocado pulp and put in a bowl.
  2. Immediately add the lime juice and coat the avocado to prevent browning.
  3. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the lime juice in the bowl.
  4. Add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash.
  5. Then, add the onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
  6. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.
