Grilled Zucchini


  1. 2 Large Zucchini
  2. ¼ Cup olive Oil
  3. Kosher Salt and Pepper
  4. 8 Leaves of Fresh Basil


  1. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into ¼” thick slices
  2. Coat with Oil, Salt and Pepper
  3. Cook on the grill or a grill pan until soft and grill marks are made
  4. Top with torn basil leaves
