Grilled Boneless Leg of Lamb
Ingredients
- 1 2 Lbs Boneless Leg Of Lamb Trimmed or lamb steak
- ¼ cup fresh Lemon juice
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Large Zip Top Bag
- Directions
Instructions
- Finely chop the rosemary leaves
- Add all ingredients to Zip Top bag
- Seal and mix well
- Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning and mixing every 30 minutes
- Grill on medium turning after 5 minutes until thermometer reads 130 degrees for medium rare
- Remove from heat and loosely tent with foil
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
