Grilled Boneless Leg of Lamb

Ingredients

  1. 1 2 Lbs Boneless Leg Of Lamb Trimmed or lamb steak
  2. ¼ cup fresh Lemon juice
  3. 1 Sprig of Rosemary
  4. ½ Cup Olive Oil
  5. Salt and Pepper
  6. 1 Large Zip Top Bag
  7. Directions

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the rosemary leaves
  2. Add all ingredients to Zip Top bag
  3. Seal and mix well
  4. Refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning and mixing every 30 minutes
  5. Grill on medium turning after 5 minutes until thermometer reads 130 degrees for medium rare
  6. Remove from heat and loosely tent with foil
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
